My sincere heartfelt condolences are with the Gomez family. Let not your heart be troubled. I am so sorry for a sudden loss of a great man, father, and friend. Yes he had to leave you here, but if you knew where he was going you wouldn't shed another tear. I pray that this family has strength and don't let go of gods unchanging hands for joy cometh in the morning.

My uncle "Sweetback" was just the man that I most wanted to be like. To me, he was the epitome of "cool".I remember when I graduated from high school some 41 years ago he took me to his house and to his closet where he had many suits and shoes. He said Joseph pick out what you want to wear to your graduation---I picked out a tiffany beige or pastel pink 3 piece suit. He gave me matching accessories; That is what I wore for my high school graduation. Sweetback, Goldy, Watosh and the dapper son in law some of his self proclaimed handles. He is gone but I will never forget him.
