Mitsue Denny-nee Noi, age 92, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2017, in Oxnard after a long
Illness. Mtisue was born in Japan on May 13, 1925, married George Denny, a Sea Bee,
and moved to America. Her husband pre-deceased her and they had no children. Mitsue was
under the care of Villa Theresa and Oak Hurst Hospice.The wonderful care provided by the Caregivers at Villa Theresa and Oak Hurst Hospice is greatly appreciated. Prior to her health declining, Mitsue enjoyed line dancing, bowling, sushi and being with her
many friends.
She is survived by her sister,Yoshiko Atae, brother-in-law Fukuyoshi Atai, nephew Kiyoshi Atae, niece Takao Sumiyoshi, all of Japan, and her many local friends.
Mitsue requested a private internment. Arrangements are under the direction of Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks-Griffin Mortuary in Westlake Village, CA.

I had the privilege of caring for Mitsue's personal matters over the past 6 & 1/2 years as her health declined. She always had a smile and was kind and gentle.

I am sad to hear Mitsue has passed away. My mother and her friends would often go out to lunch together. May she now rest in peace.
