My husband, Stan, and I met Marilyn years ago through the Eiteljorg Museum. She was always a delight to be around. She often had a funny story to tell with that wonderful twinkle in her eyes.

Marilyn was a trusted mentor and dear friend to many of us in the Indianapolis non-profit community. She was such a generous, kind and thoughtful person to us and was always willing to share her wisdom and experience. She never failed to inspire confidence. I often told her I wanted to be like her when I grow up...full of life and joy and fun.

Marilyn was so kind to me and my Indiana family. She always made sure to include me in Mother's Day dinners as well as the occasional Easter and Thanksgiving buffets at The Mansion. So delicious! I am so grateful to have known her along with her brilliant, loving and caring daughters. Much love to the family.
