You will be missed, my old friend. John and I were good friends during our teen years, hung out together in HS. After graduation, I moved out of state but whenever I came back, I made a point at stopping by the Dairy Queen in Huntington to spend some time visiting with him, did the same when he was in the Markle DQ.
My thoughts and prayers I send to you his family. We know he is in a better place now....no more suffering, no more pain but his friendship will always be with me. He always had a great smile, always friendly and endearing. I will miss you, buddy.

I would like to give all of John's family my condolences and prayers for peace and comfort. John (known as Mark at the time) sang in the choir at the United Church of Christ in Warren when he was a young man when I was the director there. What an admirable young man who went to meet Jesus at his prime. He must be rejoicing with his family, with absolutely no pain!
