Walter B. Ostromecki, 87, of Boyertown, PA., widower of Joyce E. (Ritter) Ostromecki passed away on Thursday, May 18,2017 at the Manatawny Manor,Pottstown, PA.
Born in Maspeth, New York, he was the son of the late Sophia (Grzymalski) and Stanley Ostromecki.
Walter was employed as NYC Police Officer retiring as a Lieutenant. He last worked as a drive for the Manheim Auto Auction.
He served in the US Army during the Korean War.
Walter is survived by his sons, Walter B., husband of Arlene Ostromecki of Gilbersville, PA and Ward B., husband of Connie Ostromecki of State College, PA; along with his two grandchildren, Kevin W. and Carlene M. Ostromecki.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
