Vickie and Nicole and Family.
The National Council of Negro Women, Dallas Metro Section extends our heartfelt sympathy to all of you for the loss of our former 1st Vice President. She was truly a soldier for God and our organization. She knew what is was to work hard to master lifelong goals and achievements. She stood steadfast and strong for all that she helped along the way especially our organization. We will miss her and know that she spread her love to so many as she marched and walked with all of us through thick and thin.
We will forever be grateful for you all's unselfishness for choosing to share her with us for so many years. We are just a phone call away for all of you.
Love always
"The Council" as Rachel said it best.

I was saddened to hear of your mother's passing. Although it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow.
