James Leon Blackmon went to be with his Savior on May 28, 2017. He was born March 11, 1931 in Gonzales, Texas.

Leon is survived by his former wife Joan; daughter Lori Baran and husband Michael; daughter Brandi Sanford and husband Jerry; son Monty Blackmon and wife Rosalie; 6 grandchildren and spouses; 13 great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.

Visitation will be at Clements Wilcox Funeral Home in Marble Falls on Thursday, June 1, 2017 from 6:00–8:00 pm. Graveside service will be held at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park on Friday, June2, 2017 at 10:00 am.
