An Angel has gone home. James Grady Gillie, 70, was taken on May 27, 2017 from a battle with cancer.
James was born in Bluefield, West Virginia to Fred and Mary Gillie. James had the honor of serving 23 years in the USAF. After retiring he made Texas his home.
He was preceded in death by his sister Doris Constransctch.
James is survived by his wife of 48 years, Minerva Gillie; 5 children, Mary Dulohery, Frank Miller, Lori Miller, Tammy Bentley, and Jammie McMann. He was blessed with 20 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 1 surviving niece, Sherrie Schmidt; and many friends.
