Anna Leona Wooley, 78, passed away Monday, May 29, 2017, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Booneville. She was born October 17, 1938, to Bolivar and Victoria Samples Scott. She worked for Prentiss Manufacturing and was a CNA for Longwood Community Living Center. She enjoyed bowling, reading, crossword puzzles and bird watching.
A private memorial service will be held later.
She is survived by one daughter, Cindy Wooley; three sisters, Rita (Paul) Wesson, Jean Williams and Wen Braun; Buford (Dorothy) Scott, Robert (Francis) Scott and James Scott; and a host of nieces and nephews, including one special nephew, William (Debbie) Scott.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and three brothers, Ottis Scott, Cebron Scott and Randy Scott.
