Concetta M. Russoniello (nee Marchese) of Fairfield, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 in Morristown Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was 96 years old.
The visitation will be on Sunday from 2-6 pm at the LaMonica Memorial Home, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., Livingston. The funeral will commence at the funeral home on Monday, June 5, 2017 at 10 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in St. Rose of Lima Church in East Hanover. Cremation will be private.
Born and raised in Newark, Connie moved to Toms River in 1976 and to Fairfield in 2004 where she was a member of the Fairfield Senior Citizens.
She was a cafeteria worker for the Newark Board of Education for over 25 years retiring many years ago.
Connie was predeceased by her parents Marietta (nee Pompi) and Zachary Marchese, her husband Emil, and brothers Joseph and Michael.
She is survived by her loving daughter Mary Ann and her husband Jimmy Carollo cherished grandchildren Jeffrey Carollo and his wife Dona and Jennifer Lear and her husband Joseph, and many dear nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers kindly make contributions to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
