Even though we were second cousin's on my Dad, Kenneth Shipley's side we didn't have a lot of contact. We had been talking on FB & a few times by phone about trying to organize a Shipley family reunion which I am sad to say never happened. That glowing smile will be remembered forever! My prayers go out to each & every member of Debi's family. The world has lost a wonderful woman & God has gained a smiling angel! God Bless each of you!
