Glenda Miles McCary passed away peacefully in her sleep Tuesday, June 6, 2017. She is survived by her daughter, Nicole McClure (Jason), brother, Billy Miles (Linda), niece, Stacey Bradley (Doug), step-son, Billy McCary, nephew, Kevin Miles (Kirstie), niece, Kristi Price, and great nephews, Josh Bradley, Eli and Clay Miles.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jasper "Jap" and Marjorie Miles and brother, Rachel Miles.
She was known for her kind hearted spirit and generosity. Her favorite past time was working in her yard and spoiling her beloved pets.
Funeral services for Ms. McCary will be held at Stephen's Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday, June 9, 2017 from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 pm and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Immediately following, a service will be officiated by Brother Corey Fontan. The burial will follow at Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jason McClure, Billy McCary, Jessie Hearn, Kenny Miles, Donnie Kinard, David Kinard, George Richardson, and Kevin Thompson. Friends may sign the online register at www.stephensfunerals.com.
