Norma Ruth Lambert, 79, passed away June 6, 2017 in Tampa, Fl. She was born February 4, 1938 in Russell County Va.
Norma was previously employed as a Manager and Expert Dry Cleaner at Varsity Cleaners
in Temple Terrace. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Mango, Florida.
She is predeceased in death by her husband, Leonard Lambert, 2 infants lost at birth, her parents Arthur "Poodle" Turner
& Freddie McGuire Turner and 1 brother Stanley MacArthur Turner.
Norma is survived by 2 sisters and 2 Brother in-laws Mrs. Claudean Bandy and Donald and Mrs. Jean Pennington and Sam all of North Tazewell, Virginia.
She is survived by 3 nieces and 3 nephews: Lisha Bandy McAlexander and husband Billy of Radford, Virginia
Donnie Bandy and wife Carmen of Statesville, North Carolina, Mack Turner and wife Jenny of Hardy, Virginia
Robin Johnson and husband Paul of Seminole, Florida
Norma McGuire and husband Jimmie "Jinx" of North Tazewell, VA
Eric Turner of Roanoke, Va, Norma is also survived by numerous Great and Grand nieces and nephews who she loved very much.
Special friends include Betty, Carolyn, Verda, Liz, John, Danny and Marsha

I am sorry to the family for their loss cause a loss it is . I grew up as a little girl about 8 years old next door to Norma and Lenard and spent a lot of time at their house along with my three sisters, Norma treated us as though we were hers she always had a smile on her face and spoiled us rotten as a child, I thought I had to Mothers my mother Liz and Mrs. Norma ... I have nothing but fond memories of her .. I will love and miss her always RIP Mrs. Norma my other mother... . Vickie
