I am very sorry for the loss of my aunt, Margie LaRea Bent, and express my sincerest sympathies to her daughters, my cousins. Aunt LaRea was part of my life for many years, especially when I was growing up, and I treasure my memories of her. She was a faithful and humble servant of God, and she will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her, especially her family.

I have fond memories of such a kind, generous and loving southern lady. She did a wonderful job raising three daughters. I remember her as having a sweet and gentle disposition along with a sense of humor. As new friends in Charlottesville, Mary Catherine and I would be visiting in her home and she was always offering me something, being the ever-gracious hostess. She could whip up the best milkshakes! She was a special lady who leaves behind some very special people in my life. She will be forever cherished. Sending love and sympathy to the Ciszewskis, Linda and her family, and Anne and her family over their loss.

My thoughts are with the family during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there is a hope for our love ones lost in death can be reassuring.
