Minnie Jimenez Ramirez died Tuesday, June 13, 2017 surrounded by family at home. Funeral service will be held at St. Vincent Pallotti Catholic Church, 2525 Westview Drive, on Friday, June 16, 2017 at 10:00a.m., Burial will follow at Abilene Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, June 15, 2017 from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. with a rosary at 7:00pm at the funeral home.
Minnie was born on April 29, 1926 to Roman and Fidila Jimenez in Sinton, TX. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband Roy P. Ramirez, son Roy Ramirez Jr., daughter Celia Singleton.
Survivors include daughter; Janie Ramirez and Al Hernandez, grandsons; Leroy Garcia, Richard Singleton, Roy Ramirez Jr. granddaughters; Melissa Singleton, Cynthia Garcia, Ruby Ann Garcia, and many great-great and great-great-great grandchildren.
