He was a good grandfather and was the reason why I decided to join the Air Force, after hearing his stories when he served. He was also a good craftsman and knew how to fix or build just about anything. I learned a lot from him and use that knowledge today when building or fixing things around my home. He loved his family dearly and would have done anything to help them. We'll miss you Dede and will some day see you again.

To Billie, and all of the Benestante family, you are in our thoughts and prayers during this trying time. My personal memories of Ray are most meaningful to me. Our conversations over the past 30 years revealed him to be a true gentleman, quick of wit, a smile in his soul, laughter in his heart, very passionate about life and proud of his family. Truly a rare man these days. May God bless him and the Benestante family.

I have so many wonderful memories growing up in such a proud Italian family. My fondest memory is of the card games. To this day playing poker is my favorite past time. I will miss you but I will not forget you. Rest in peace.
Love, your niece Linda Benestante Enloe.
