I have known Carolyn since I was 10 years old. She and my sister Joan were best friends for 62 years. Carolyn was the most vibrant, upbeat, take life as it comes, and keep on smiling person I have ever known. I was blessed to have been her friend. She will be sorely missed in this world, but I know she and my sister are holding hands and laughing once again. My thoughts and prayers will be with Tonya, Barry, Dean and their families as they adjust to life without their shining star.
Peace and love to you,

I will always remember Carolyn, a smile on her face and a flower in her hair. She was a big part of my mother being happy at Morningside. She made sure that Mama went to bingo. A wonderful lady.

So very sorry to hear Carolyn left us. As children our families spent a lot of time swimming and playing together. I never saw Carolyn unhappy even after we were grown.
