Jack was a true friend. While we both were in the same hobby of hamradio, he was more than a fellow hamradio operator. He was a good friend. He will be missed dearly.

I will miss Jack. He was a dear friend and fellow amateur operator who offered his help to anyone. Although he had physical challenges, he always wanted to 'do it himself'..
Rest now my friend....

My heart is a little sader today because Cousin Jack is gone. It was always good to know he was just a phone call away or could check to see if he was on Facebook and chat with him. I will tryly miss him. Blessings to the family as you carry the Bruce name forward in your lives. Brenda Sewell Elrod (Daughter of Mary Alice Bruce Sewell)

I am so sad about the passing of Jack. We have been friends for many years. I visited him several times and he came to N. C. to visit. I surely miss him and his phone calls. May God rest his soul and give him peace after all his suffering. Joyce Hopkins
