I read your post where you commented about the ache in your heart & wonder at how it continues to beat. Our hearts are amazing parts of our soul. It does continue to beat & the ache will slowly ease. It won't go away, but you will eventually be able to chuckle at his quirks, etc. From one who unfortunately knows about this pain, I promise things will get better, albeit slowly. One day at a time. Peace to you, Cynde

My heart breaks for losing this good man, though his family will be forever blessed having him in their life. Memories of him are many.

Daddy, I was your angel while I was growing up and now your mine!! I was blessed to have had you for my Dad, you taught me what unconditional love is, you set the bar pretty high on the expectations for men in my life. I'll take care of Mom while you cause a ruckus with Doug. Until we're all together as a complete family again, keep my love tucked deeply in your heart!!
