Debra Louise Anderson, 55, of Tampa, Florida passed away on 23 June 2017 due to complications from a long-term debilitating disease.
Debra was born in Lynn, Massachusetts on 16 April 1962 to parents Richard Kentenjian and Judith (Lawrence) Kentenjian. She graduated from Lynnfield High School and attended Babson University where she received a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance. She was married to Kent D. Anderson of Tampa, Florida on 08 May 1999, and he survives.
Also surviving are her parents Richard and Judith Kentenjian of Lynnfield, MA; one sister Donna and husband Kevin Nestor of Reading, MA; two nieces Meredith and Kathryn of Reading, MA; and several cousins.
Family, friends, and faithful pet Duffy were Debra’s love and joy. She grew up spending summers on Cape Cod and holidays at home with her close family members. Debra had an intoxicating personality, loved to cook, try new recipes, and entertain frequently at her marital home in Dana Shores. She was also an avid exercise enthusiast and could be routinely found taking structured exercises classes at LA Fitness where she enjoyed Zumba, Boot Camp, and Body Sculpting.
For over 20-years, Debra and her husband traveled the world frequenting Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, and countless islands scattered across the Caribbean.
The family has requested a private funeral and wishes to thank all of those who cared for her over the past 18-months. Your unwavering love, caring, and friendship were instrumental in easing Debra’s pain and suffering.
A “Celebration of Life” for Debra will be held at 4pm on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at the Blount & Curry Funeral Home located at 6802 Silvermill Drive Tampa, Florida 33635. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Pastor Mark Kincaid of Dade City, FL will be officiating.
