James E. Williams, 76 of Texarkana, AR passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2017. He was born on July 2, 1940 in Hope, AR.
Mr. Williams was retired from Cooper Tire and Rubber Company as well as a U.S. Army veteran.


Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Rebecca and Tommy Potter of Texarkana, AR and Amy and Colin James of Texarkana, TX; special friend Margaret McRaney of Texarkana, TX; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.


Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 30, 2017 at Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
