My heart is sad as Sandy was such a sweet person. She was my first boss in banking at Citizens National Bank in St. Albans and was the smartest person I ever knew in my 34 years of banking. She was a friend and was so sincere and helpful with any problem you had. She loved her family and was the greatest example of a Mother's love. She will be missed and remembered always.
