Theresa Redwine, 79, Colorado City TX, passed away after a brief illness on Saturday, July 8, 2017 with family by her side.
She was born on January 18th 1938 in Cannon City, Colorado to Chris and Senida Aragon Gallegos.
Theresa was a woman full of love, especially when it came to family. She was quiet by nature but very intelligent. She worked for many years in Roswell New Mexico as the Chief Deputy Tax Assessor , before coming to Colorado City and going to work at the Mitchell County Hospital as a Ward Clerk.
Theresa is survived by her two sons Jamie Redwine and wife Sara of Colorado City and Michael Redwine and wife Bambi also of Colorado City, and by her grandchildren Jamie Redwine Jr., Alicia Redwine, Matt Mendoza, Ashley Gale Redwine, Kayley Hill, Britney Hill, and Ashley Cordes, as well as by 13 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her three sisters Cora Hernandez and husband Sotero of Roswell N.M., Loue Bristol of Roswell N.M., and Jo Blanchard and husband Larry of Ashland Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Redwine and by her brother Chris Gallegos and by a sister Ruthie Gallegos.
No formal service has been scheduled at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Kiker-Seale Funeral Home of Colorado City
