Mrs. Margie Ann Morgan Johnson, 59, passed away Saturday, July 8, 2017 at her residence with her family by her side.
Margie was born in Wyoming, WV April 28, 1958, a daughter of the late Foley Morgan and Eve Altizer Morgan. She worked at Archi Bald Greenhouse for several years. Margie loved working with flowers and being with her family, especially her grandchildren. She had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to make people laugh.
Surviving are her husband of 37 years, Roger L. Johnson; a daughter, Jennifer J. Craig; a son, Lee Johnson, Jr.; three sisters and seven brothers; two granddaughters, Natalie Marie Johnson and Zaleigh Rayne Moore.
A Celebration of Margie's life will be held Thursday, July 13, at 2 p.m. in the Thomasville Funeral Home Chapel by Evangelist Phillip Ray Johnson. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 12 noon until the service. Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Davidson County.
