Bonnie J. Davis, 80, passed away on July 10, 2017 in Lincoln, Nebraska. She was born on Mother’s Day, May 9, 1937 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Earl and Jenny Fauth, the 6th of 12 children. Bonnie met Harry Edmund Davis and they were married on November 6, 1954. Together they had 5 children, John, Delmer, Ronnie, Bill, and Donna, and lived in Washington, Colorado and Nebraska during their marriage.
Bonnie loved being a housewife, babysitting, and raising her children. Children and family were very important to her. She enjoyed holding her grandbabies in her arms, rocking them and smiling with only the smile a grandmother can give.
She is survived by sons, John Davis, Jim Davis, and Bill Davis, all of Lincoln, and daughter, Donna Davis (fiancé John Aguilar) of Lincoln; sisters Kay and Franny; 13 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 6 great, great grandchildren.
Bonnie was proceeded in death by her parents, her husband, sons Delmer and Ronnie;
brothers Joe, Ed, Bill, Dean, Bud, and Bobby and sisters Mary Lou, Betty and Ann.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:30pm at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home on Friday July 14. Burial: private family service at a later date.
