On July 13, 2017; JO ANNE FINLAY passed away. She is the beloved wife of George Finlay; loving mother of Vickie Keene, Laurie Harrison, Scott Harrison, Mark Harrison, and Valerie Morrissey; cherished grandmother of Neal, Lauren, Kellie, AJ, Emily, Lexie, Allie, Zachary, Nikki, and Matt; devoted great grandmother of Marley, James, and Hannah; dear sister of Mary Catherine Giroux.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 18 from 10AM-12PM at STERLING-ASHTON-SCHWAB-WITZKE FUNERAL HOME OF CATONSVILLE, INC., 1630 Edmondson Avenue, Catonsville, MD 21228. Funeral service and interment are private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the American Stroke Association, 217 E. Redwood Street, Suite 1100, Baltimore, MD 21202.
