Bill Davis was my grandfather he married my grandma when my mom was in her 20s & soon after she gave birth to me and then my two brothers to follow. when I was a little girl my grandparents would come visit us at least once a year when they lived in Arizona I remember getting so excited waiting for the big silver truck to pull in and I would first see my grandmas huge smile then out stepped my grandpa Bill wearing his boots and a cowboy hat and the first thing he would say when he saw me was "well hi there Manders" as he hugged me and kissed me on the head. when I was 15 years old I was lucky enough to have both of my grandparents living in my home. my grandfather was full of surprises, so many stories, good advice and and was always there to offer warm hugs he was the best hugger! I feel incredibly proud to be his granddaughter and I'm so grateful for time spent getting to know such a wonderful man. I love you grandpa ♥ In his words say you'll feel better once it quits hurt'.. more than anything I hope you're right.
