James "Jaimie" Edward Dellinger was born Dec. 7, 1980 in Duluth MN. He passed away July 16, 2017 at his home in Elmhurst. Loving son of Tracy Johns, James (Kimberly) Dellinger and step son to Kevin Johns. Loving grandson of Edward and Karen Thompson, James and the late Rita Dellinger. Loving uncle of Kaylene and Lawrence "Trey". Loving brother of the late Katie Dalene Dellinger. Cousins to many and aunts and uncles. Friends and family to gather Fri. July 21st for 3PM - 8PM visitation at Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home 17W201 E Roosevelt Rd, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181. Saddened does not even begin to describe what I am feeling. Devastated. Crushed. Anguished. I knew Jaimie was not going to live a long life but once he began recovering after his recent hospital stay, I thought that he would be with us for much longer than it ended up being. The last text that I sent him says it all: "I've loved you your whole life".
