Lewiston - Henry G. Levesque, 85, of Greene, passed away on Tuesday July 25, 2017 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Lewiston. He was born in Lewiston on November 15, 1931, a son of the late David and Irene (Forgues) Levesque. He lived his entire life in the Androscoggin area attending local schools including St. Dom's. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and received his honorable discharge afterwards. He was married to Gloria Goulette for 63 years before she passed away last year. Together they worked raising their young family of three boys. He worked at Lewiston Radiator for several years before going to work at Bath Iron Works as a pipefitter for over 15 years. Henry was a past member of Sacred Heart Church in Auburn. He enjoyed working around his house in Greene, which he built himself, mowing his lawn and gardening.
Henry is survived by his three sons: Steve Levesque and wife Lisa of Farmingdale, Me., Glenn Levesque of Sabattus, Jeff Levesque of Greene, 7 grandchildren: Sarah, Kelly, Amanda, Kimberly, Kevin, Jake, Tyler, 11 great- grandchildren and a sister: Yolande Obrien of Florida. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Gloria and 7 brothers and sisters.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday August 3 at 11:00 AM at Gracelawn Memorial Park in Auburn. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Henry's memory to: Wounded Warrior Project, P. O.
