My Grandma Moe was loved very dearly and she will be missed. At the same time I am also very happy for her. Her suffering has past and she is finally at peace. The day after her passing my sunflower bloomed in my garden. I think it was a sign of her telling me that she was happy and that she is now standing tall facing the sun. Which made me feel more at peace with her passing. As Helen Keller once said, "Keep your face to the sunshine and you cannot see the shadows. It's what the sunflowers do."

May angels wings be wrapped around each of the Melamed family and the friends of Arlene Melamed, to comfort and to protect the many travelers. I loved my sister-in-law and have many wonderful memories of our lives together. We'd get together for every possible holiday. So many Merry Christmas's, wonderful Mothers' Day's, Father's Days, Birthday's etc. We were like sisters. Really! We could fight one day and always make up the next. But most of all we loved each other and each other's families. God Bless You Arlene and may He forever keep you safe and at peace. Vicky Melamed
