Leona Marie Cavenaile, 76, of Springfield, passed away on July 30, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born on July 5, 1941 in Springfield to Alex and Vera Cavenaile.
Mrs. Cavenaile is survived by her daughter Tina Bryan of Riverton, her son Gene (Lana McCloughan) Heineman of Springfield and two grandchildren: Grace Bryan and Haley Sargeant. She was preceded in death by three brothers.
Leona worked for the State of Illinois EPA and Capitol Illini Veterinary Clinic. She was a devout animal lover.
A memorial visitation will be held from 5:00pm-8:00pm on Tuesday August 15, 2017 at Bisch and Son Funeral Home, 505 East Allen Street. Please visit the online "Life Remembered Story" at www.bischandsonfuneralhome.com.

I didn't know her by Leona only Marie. I'm sorry to hear of her passing. She was the last of the family on Brown Street. Deepest Sympathy.
