Grandmama always made me feel welcome, like I belonged, and showed me unconditional love. I know unconditional love is a grandparent's speciality, but with Grandmama it seemed like a superpower. Or maybe it was genetic, because now I see it being passed down from generation to generation, and for that I am truly grateful.
Grandmama lived a long life, full of love, family, and good food. And I learned a lot about those things from her. However as we all know, everything in this world has it's time. I consider myself blessed that I got to spend some of my time with her.
