Dorothy Capps of Tempe, Arizona, passed away August 10, 2017 at the age of ninety- two. Dorothy was born December 5, 1924 to Harry and Emma Rees in the Bronx, New York, and graduated from Christopher Columbus High School. She left New York for Arizona in 1950, where she met the love of her life, Forrest Capps. Dorothy is survived by her sons, Steven and Casey; daughter-in-law, Judy; grandchildren, Trevor, Jarryd, and Ashleigh; and great grandchildren, Alyssa, Alayna, Asher and Greighton. She was a blessing to each and everyone who knew her and her Spirit and Strength will remain in our hearts forever...A celebration of Dorothy's life will be held Wednesday, August 16, 2017, 9:30 a.m. at Resthaven Carr-Tenney Memorial Gardens, 4310 E.
