Melson, Molly M., 79, passed away on August 16, 2017. She was born in North Carolina on July 1, 1938. Molly retired from Furr’s Cafeteria after many years working as hostess. She is preceded in death by her husband, Randall Melson. Survived by son Joe (Patra) Stone, 2 step-grandchildren, 2 step-great-grandchildren and brother James Bryant. A special thank you to the employees at Lakepoint Wichita for their thoughtful care.Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 2pm, with funeral service following at 3pm, both at Lakeview. Memorials in her name can be made to Good Shepherd Hospice.

I have not seen Molly in years, I worked with her at Furr's but she had such an outgoing personality you could never forget her. Molly was a people person and I used her shoulder quite often. My deepest sympathy to her family, she will not be forgotten.
