DIAKONSKI, Jane (Jean) Crowe Thomson, 95, died August 18, 2017. She was the
widow of Jan M. Diakonski, an RAF veteran formally of Karandakov, Poland. She was
born in Warrington, England March 13, 1922. Her parents were David Crowe Thomson
and Catherine Lally Blears. Jane, husband and daughter emigrated to the USA via
Canada, in 1955 to Lubbock, Texas then Marietta, Georgia. She is survived by daughter
Irene Kobus of Kennesaw; granddaughters Jennifer Schorr and Sarah Kobus, both of
Stone Mountain; and greatgrandson Maximus Schorr; several nieces and nephews. A
memorial service will be held at Winkenhofer Funeral Home, Kennesaw, September 30, 2017 at 11 a.m.
Arrangements under the direction of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, Kennesaw, GA.
