Irvin D. "Deano" Brown, 56, of Taylorville, was born on August 20, 1961 in Springfield, the son of Charlene and Irvin Brown of Auburn. He went home to his Mother on August 22, 2017 at 3:54pm. He passed peacefully at his home surrounded by family and friends.
Deano was employed with Moughan Builders for 13 years. He married Shananne McKavetz on March 6, 2000. The two shared six children and eleven grandchildren. Deano loved his Harley but loved his family even more. He enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, flowers and spending time with his family and friends.
Mr. Brown is survived by his wife Shananne of Taylorville, his father Irvin Brown of Auburn, one sister Sheila (Eric) Raleigh of Dawson, his father-in-law and mother-in-law David and Coreena McKavetz of Pana, six children: Josh (Brenda) Brown of Portage, IN., Tosha (Robert) Orr of Coello, IL., Trista Shadowens of Herrin, IL., Breanne Bouvet of Taylorville, Loren (Seath) Hubbs of Edinburg and Camie Daigh of Taylorville, and eleven beloved grandchildren: Grace and Anna Brown, Michael and Lilly Orr, Audrey and Elizabeth Shadowens, Aislinn Bouvet, Brody and Radsen Hubbs and Bryleigh and Charlie Daigh. He was preceded in death by his mother Charlene Brown and his brother Mike Brown.
A memorial mass will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday August 29, 2017 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 116 West Adams Street, in Taylorville. The family will meet friends from 10:00am until the time of memorial mass Tuesday at church. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Catholic School, 422 South Washington Street, Taylorville, IL. 62526 and please visit the online "Life Remembered Story" at www.bischandsonfuneralhome.com.

Im so sorry that we lost Deano. I have very good memories of him as a child. Facebook kept us in contact as adults. I know you will be surrounded by love on Tuesday. I apologize as I will be out of town and unable to be there. My parents ( Billie and Bert) are out of state, but I know they are also saddened at Deano's passing.
