To the Sparks Family: I have known Tom for the past 4 years, I had the pleasure of helping him. In that time period I have gotten to know him and admire him for the man that he is, he and Joanne where always there for me when times were less than the best, and treated me like a son. I can say today that I have never respected anyone more than I did Tom. He was a good man, a man of principle, a man who was never shy away from what he thought or felt. His love for his wife and family was just simply amazing. Knowing Tom has made me a better man, even thought we didn't agree on political issues, there was a mutual respect. One of the finest Gentleman I have ever known, and I will miss him. I pray for your family, that God will comfort your broken hearts, and will provide comfort. I leave you with this: one of my favorite bible passages, that has given me strength:
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
I know Tom is with our maker, and he has no pain, and is smiling down, cause to know Tom Sparks, makes you a better person, and I will be in debt to him for that for the rest of my life. I will continue to pray for healing, and understanding. May god bless you all.
