Deborah Lynn Andrews Harrison-Patty, age 63, passed away August 27, 2017 at her residence in Balch Springs. Debbie was born on August 17, 1954 in Dallas, Texas daughter of the late Leon Andrews Sr and Mary Porter Andrews. Debbie graduated from Samuel High School in 1971. Debbie married the love of life, Herman L. Patty Sr. in 1985 and was married for thirty-two years. She enjoyed working as a cake decorator for Winn Dixie and Tom Thumb for many years. She was a very sweet, gentle and pleasant woman who gave everyone a beautiful smile and always ended her conversation by saying “I LOVE YOU”.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents; Leon Andrews Sr and Mary Porter Andrews, grandparents; Clyde and Lou Vienne Andrews, loving nephew Thomas James Jr. “T.J.”; and best friend Vickey Tiffee. She leaves behind to cherish her memory; her husband Herman L. Patty Sr., sons; Christopher Harrison, and Herman L. Patty Jr. “HL” and wife Ashley Patty of Dallas; daughter; Brandy Harrison-Roberts of Balch Springs; 6 grandchildren; Mariah, Billie, Noah, Donte, Nevaeh and Cash; 2 great grandchildren; Trenton and Abigail; brothers: Leon Andrews 2nd and wife Loretta of Garland; George Andrews of Arlington; James Andrews and wife Jennifer of Quinlan; sisters: Nora Andrews James and husband Thomas of Liberty; Susan Andrews Spears “Windy” and husband Edward of Arlington; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many precious friends.
Debbie was greatly loved and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
