Mary Jo Stoker of Burleson, Texas passed away August 27, 2017. She was born in Big Springs, Texas on October 02, 1939 to parents A.K. Turner Sr. and Bertie Turner. She was the youngest girl out of her 11 siblings. Mary graduated from Coahoma High School soon after she fell in love. She was 19 when she married her love Aaron David Stoker on August 20, 1959. Mary was a hard worker she raised two children Sandra and Russel and all while keeping a household together. She was just the life of the party whether it was on a Sunday when her Dallas Cowboys played or just a family gathering she just love to smile. Mary was a diehard Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and Dallas Mavericks fan and she was not afraid to show it. However, Mary’s greatest passion was her family she will be there when they needed her and she will always be in their hearts.
Mary is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years Aaron David Stoker; parents, A.K and Bertie Turner as well as five brothers and five sisters.
She is survived by her daughter Sandra Stoker Rolfe and Keith; son, Russel Stoker; grandchildren, Heather Pacheco, Keith Stoker, Kolby Rolfe, and Mardy Nickerson; 7 great grandchildren and brother, Bill Turner.
