Jean M. McCabe (Lyons) (nee Rausch), 89 of Prospect Heights was born May 17, 1928 in Chicago to John and Beatrice (nee Garrity) Rausch and passed away September 4, 2017. Jean was the beloved wife of the late Robert McCabe and the late Richard Lyons; loving mother of Sheila McCabe and the late Bob (Pat) McCabe; cherished grandmother of Kelly (Chris) Mattran, Michael (Sasha) Arabinko, Michael (Angie) McCabe and Brian (Josie) McCabe; dear great grandmother of Connor and Avery Mattran, Delaney and Kylie McCabe, Kian and Donovan McCabe; fond cousin of Eileen Feehan; also survived by the family of Richard Lyons. Visitation will be Friday, September 8, 2017 from 3 – 8PM at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights. In state Saturday, September 9 from 9:30 AM until the time of the Funeral Mass 10:30 AM at St. Alphonsus Ligouri Catholic Church, 411 N. Wheeling Road, Prospect Heights.
