Richard Zyla, 87, of Toms River, NJ passed away on Monday, September 4, 2017 at The Arbors Care Center in Toms River. Richard was born in Wallington, NJ. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and served in the Korean War.
Richard is survived by his wife, Patricia; two sons, Kurt Zyla of Lebanon, NJ and Keith Zyla and his partner Herb Fehrenbah of Asbury Park, NJ; and two grandchildren.
Services are private. Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Rd. Manchester, NJ is in charge of the funeral arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Richard's memory to the Wounded Warrior Project at PO Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675-8517 or online at www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
