Charles Elmer Ohler passed away peacefully Monday, September 11, 2017 at Coquina Nursing Facility at the age of 86. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 49 years, Angeline
Chuck will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Jeannette Monda (Larry) and son Jeff Ohler (Kat). Beloved "Pap" to Jason Cleary (Jessica), Chrissy Struska (Paul), Kelly Hinchman, Stefan Ohler, Nathan Ohler, and Eva Ohler; and Great Grand Pap to Jadon Cleary, Jasmine Cleary, Joshua Cleary, Judson Cleary and Journey Struska.
Chuck was born in Barnhill, Ohio. Chuck moved to Florida in 1977. He was a store manager at JC Penney on Merritt Island for 30 years. Chuck enjoyed gardening, and was an active member of Blessed Sacrament and Divine Mercy Catholic Churches. Chuck has a special passion for Christmas decorating.
Family and friends will be received at Wylie-Baxley Funeral Home Friday, September 15, from 1:30-2PM with a funeral service to follow at 2PM. Burial will take place at Brevard Memorial Park following the service.
