Gertrude Cousin, 78, passed away September 17, 2017. Born in Pheba, Mississippi on March 12, 1939 to the late Juette and Janie Davidson Cousins.
Ms. Cousin was a Registered Nurse and School Monitor; she survived by her son, Dexter McMorris and his wife Theresa; daughter, Belinda Bradford and her husband Jimmy; sisters, Ludie Garner, Dorothy Grace Murph, Inez Wilson; six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be conducted 12:00 Friday, September 29, 2017 in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor Darin Strong officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are, Darrius Strong, Dante' Strong, DeAndre' Strong, Anthony Murph, Kevin Murph, Victor Murph.
Family and friends will gather to remember Ms. Cousin at a visitation Friday, September 29, 2017 from 11:00 until the 12:00 service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1150 South Dickerson Road Goodlettsville, Tennessee
