Diana Alexis Culver, age 11, died on September 16, 2017 at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, Alabama surrounded by immense family love and support. Diana was born on May 25, 2006 in Huntsville, to parents Cory and Marie (Frazier) Culver.
In her short life, Diana had the natural capability to bring joy and light into any room. From a very early age, Diana had a love for reading, baking cookies with her Grandma, and loved gardening with her Mother. She enjoyed computers, and had an interest in building her own computer with her Dad. Diana was delighted by her swimming and violin lessons, as well as Brazilian Jiu-jitsu at the Maverick Training Center. Diana used to dress up as a Princess and dance to the music of her favorite artist, Lindsey Stirling. As a student at both Farley Elementary and Challenger Middle, Diana gained the love of both students and teachers alike. She added a sparkle to everything she touched. Her favorite things included drawing; the colors Pink, Purple and Green; her hamster Nutmeg; and the subject of Science. Diana eventually wanted to be a Veterinarian or a Doctor.
Diana is survived by her Parents Cory and Marie Culver with her brother Apollo. Grandparents: Richard and Deborah Ott (Huntsville, AL), David and Sheri Frazier (Noblesville, IN), Bill and Roxana Walter (Milton, FL); Great Grandparents: Monika Cook (Fitchburg, MA), Vernon and Deanna Culver (Hytop, AL), and Geraldine Frazier (Watervliet, MI); along with many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, along with extended family and friends.
Diana is preceded in death by Great Grandmother Donna Beebe, Grandfather Dennis Culver and Uncle Daniel Frazier.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home at 698 Winchester Rd NE, Huntsville, AL, Friday September 22nd from 6-8pm. Private Interment will be held with Valhalla’s Memory Gardens at a later date.

I want to send my prayers to the family and all affected by this loss. Diana was such a sweet little girl. I had the pleasure of teaching her the last three years. She kept wishing that I move up with them each year and I did. She was such a pleasure to have in my class and will always have a special place in my heart!! R.I.H. Sweet Angel

"My heart truly aches for my brothers family. Diana was such a bright light in a dim world. I have been so luck to have a chance to interact with her, she was a very loving child with a smile that just had to make your day brighter. I am so sorry for your loss.
