Jerrold Simpson Gillespie, also known as Jerry or Little G, age 46 of Jackson, passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at his home in Jackson.

He was born on May 28, 1971 in Omaha, Nebraska to the late Ronald Albert and Jean Ann Schmidt Gillespie.

He is survived by his loving wife, Leigh Anne Pritchard Gillespie of Jackson; daughters, Josie Gillespie and Lauren Smith; and sons, Josh Smith (Stephanie) and Gerald Smith; six grandchildren, Skyler, Kira, Natalya, Hadleigh, Gabriel, and Olivia; his brother, Ronnie Gillespie; and his loving father-in-law, Gerald Pritchard.

The family will host a memorial gathering on Saturday afternoon, September 23, 2017 at George A. Smith and Sons North Chapel at 3 p.m. The family invited everyone to come and share stories and celebrate Little G's life.
