Ernestine "Tina" McCabe, age 87, of Phoenix, passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2017 in Scottsdale, AZ. She was born on March 1, 1930 to the late Michael and Angela Caiazza in Rutland, VT. Tina was a Genealogy Librarian for the State of Arizona. She married Robert McCabe in Granville, NY. Tina raised five beautiful daughters, and was preceded in death by her eldest, Kathleen Mary McGee in 2008; she has also gone to join Robert McCabe, her sister, and five brothers. She was a member of the Pointers Italian Genealogy Society. Tina is survived by her four loving daughters, Patricia Anne (Nickey) Moncel, Mary Ellen (Lon) Botts, Shawn McCabe, and Karen Noelle (Steve) Gatewood; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and many other loving family and friends. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 pm on Saturday, October 14, 2017, at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Road, Phoenix, AZ 85022 with the funeral service to follow. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Tina's honor may be made to Pancan.org.

So sorry for the loss of your Mom, she was a dear sweet lady. Part of us goes with our loved ones who are called home by God, and the day will come that we can be together again. They will always remain in our thoughts and prayers until then.....God bless all those who loved Tina........hugs.............
