Sarah Todd Winter, age 66, passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at NMMC in Tupelo. She was born May 5, 1951 to Thelma Ruth Patterson Todd and James Kenneth Todd. She graduated from Pontotoc High School in 1969, was a homemaker and along with her husband, owned Tupelo Power Sports. She enjoyed sewing, painting, cooking, flowers and yard work. She loved her family and treasured the time she spent with all of them.
Services will be at 3:00 PM Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at Browning Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. David Hamilton officiating; burial will follow in the West Heights Cemetery. Browning Funeral Home in Pontotoc is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her husband, Ken Winter of Saltillo, MS; two sons, Todd Allen Winter (Sarah) of Memphis, TN and Patrick Burt Winter (Maggie) of Pontotoc, MS; two brothers, Pat Todd (Sherry) of Ecru, MS and Phil Todd (Teresa) of Pontotoc, MS; five grandchildren, Tristan Winter, Stella Winter, Shelby Winter, Kensley Winter and Cole Grisham.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and an infant brother, Charles Kenneth Todd.
Pallbearers will be Tim Rogers, David Castles, David Caldwell, Luther Wages, Ronnie Rogers and Bear Orsborn.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 PM Monday and from 1 to 3 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
