Dear Shirley and family, I am very sorry to hear that George passed away. One more piece of my childhood moves on. George was our mailman for thousands of years as it seemed to me as I was little and grew up in Holley. I would run to greet him if I saw him coming and walk with him up the sidewalk to the porch to deliver the mail. So much to say but no one around anymore to remember this and enjoy the memories. He was so kind and happy to me. He went to every parade and followed the marching band. I last saw him maybe 3 yrs ago with Shirley and I with my mom at the emergency care up by the old friendly's restaurant in Brockport. He remembered our name Persia. On behalf of Mary Persia, Helen and Berly Persia, ( both deceased) I wish to send my deepest sympathy to you, his family. He was a lovely man. God Bless, Mary Persia Campbell
