Opal Inge Cassel passed from this life quietly as she slept on the morning of October 12th, 2017. She enjoyed running her ceramic shop, traveling, her church and anything she did with her family.
Pre-deceased by her husband Lee Cassel, she is survived by 4 children: daughter Joyce (and Lex Frieden), son David Cassel (and Nancy), son Daniel Cassel (and Linda), daughter Melissa (and Sean Jensen); 5 grandchildren: Amy Hilton, DeeAnn Citterman, Roxy Waguespack, Rae Galloway and Trey O'Connor; and 6 great grandchildren: Katy, Mathew and Amber Hilton, Aly and Joey Citterman, and Logan Galloway.
After the funeral October 16, 2017 at 2 PM at Marrs-Jones Funeral Home in Smithville, Texas she will be buried at Oliver Cemetery beside her husband.
