82, of Tampa, passed away on Sunday, Oct 15th in Orange Park, FL. Dave was born in Troy, MI and retired from the US Air Force after serving in the Vietnam War. In his civilian life, he worked for Lockheed Martin and Boeing and lived in Saudi Arabia for almost 15 years. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Tita Tyrrell; siblings: Fred (Marjorie) Tyrrell, Naomi (Charles) Holman, D’Arcy (Cardella) Tyrrell, Maureen (Ron) Cavallaro, and William Tyrrell. He is survived by his stepdaughters, Jaye (Adrian) Wilson and Linda Williams; brothers, Kenneth Tyrrell, and Douglas (Kay) Tyrrell; step grandchildren: Jervis R. Williams Jr, Jairee A. (Derrick) Douglas; great step granddaughter, Jaida R. Williams; nieces and nephews: Deborah, Ronald, Cynthia, Pamela, Patti, Charles, Fred, D’Arcy, Naomi, Todd, Dawn, Ron, Stan, and Doug. A visitation will be held on Weds Oct 18th from 5-7pm at Blount & Curry Funeral Home, 605 S. MacDill Ave. A funeral service will be conducted on Thurs, Oct 19th at 11am at Peninsular Christian Church with interment to follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Peninsular Christian Church.
